The Boulevard at Lenox Townhomes

Working with Choate + Hertlein Architects, Stability provided structural design and consulting for The Boulevard at Lenox townhomes, a 10-unit property located in Buckhead. These contemporary wood-framed units have four levels, with elevators, floating staircases, top floor skylights, and covered rooftop terrace. The structural system includes open-web floor trusses, Simpson shear walls, exterior concrete stair, steel balcony, and steel canopy with tie-rod.
