Holiday Inn, Chamblee

Stability Engineering was honored to be included at the recent grand opening of the Holiday Inn Chamblee. We worked closely with the architect and owner to design this 5-story hotel with below grade parking. The extremely tight property lines created significant challenges for the design and construction team. Guests at the rooftop restaurant have amazing skyline views, and as a member of the design team we were even more excited by the view from the upper roof covered with solar arrays and solar hot water heaters.
