River Club Residence

Stability Engineering provided structural design for this 5,000 square foot, 3-story single-family residence located within The River Club in Suwanee, GA. The house is primarily wood framed with steel elements incorporated as required to achieve larger spans and an open floor plan. Design features include vaulted ceilings, steel and concrete framed outdoor living space, home theater, and grand staircase with multi-story windows.
