This project won the Michael L. Starr Award and Excellence in Rehabilitation Award from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation in 2021.

Stability provided engineering for the adaptive re‐use of this 6400 sf historic building, including custom steel storefront awnings and side entry, roof truss framing modifications, new upper level floor framing, and stadium seating.
