Stability provided the structural design for the new elevated 2-story public safety and lifeguard building as part of the extensive renovation of the public beach area. Our design featured driven concrete piles and poured-in-place concrete slabs, beams, and columns for the new building. The roof framing features exposed curved steel beams. Structural elements of the building have been showcased as part of the architectural design. The building has been designed to “Fortified Hurricane Standards” to withstand and survive hurricane force winds and flooding.
