Intown Golf, Charlotte

For the Charlotte location, Intown Golf wished to add an outdoor amenity to their new buildout in an existing multi-use building in Apex SouthPark. We designed a steel-framed, structurally independent space which is tied in to the existing building footings, and added an awning over the new window system. This luxury social club location now has a beautiful outdoor space with extra restaurant seating.
