Elsewhere Brewing

We worked with Local Architects to convert an unfinished warehouse space within the Beacon development near Grant Park into Elsewhere Brewing with taproom and kitchen. The structural scope included support for new mechanical and brewing equipment, new skylights, and a custom hanging gable ceiling structure.  The timber ceiling framing and interior buildout transformed the cold warehouse into an inviting European inspired family-friendly café/pub space that also includes a pet-friendly patio.
