Stability Engineering provided structural design and construction administration for a hotel in Greensboro GA, near Lake Oconee. The structure is a four-story, wood-framed building over slab on grade and shallow foundations. The open lobby area utilizes steel framing to achieve large spans for the open layout, as well as the large cantilevered front entry awning. Other structural features include parapet features and wing wall signage frame.
