Stability Engineering provided structural design and construction administration services for the 112 room 7-story TownePlace Suites in Hapeville, GA. The project utilizes field framed light-gauge metal floor and wall systems with fire resistant magnesium oxide panel sheathing to achieve the required fire ratings and provide lateral support for the building. Conventional shallow foundations were used for support of the building.
