Stability Engineering provided structural consultation, design construction drawings, and construction administration assistance for a custom two-story wood & steel-framed office building at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Hosea L. Williams Drive. Structural features included cantilevered second floor and offset wall planes including the upper level breezeway, elevated brick support, a two-story volume with unbraced exterior walls, and a dramatic double-cantilevered roof awning.
