Palisades at Hickory Creek, Shelby NC

Palisades at Hickory Creek is a new community along Lafayette Street in Shelby, North Carolina. We provided the engineering for this 312-unit, 13-building complex of 3 story buildings and a clubhouse. They are stick framed, garden style apartments over slab on grade with brick veneer and balconies. The property amenities include a pool and greenspaces and is located near the start of an upcoming rail trail.
