Stability Engineering provided design and construction oversight for the adaptive re-use of two warehouse buildings totaling approximately 70,000 sf. Structural features include extensive new wall openings with custom steel plate awnings, an open-air interior courtyard, exterior ramps and entry stairways, re-cast floor slabs on grade, repairs of deteriorated steel framing members, and monument signage.
