Stability Engineering – Structural Engineering Services

Marcus Jewish Community Center

About the Project
Stability Engineering provided design and construction oversight for the renovation of a row of racquetball courts into an open fitness center on two levels totaling approximately 5000 sf. Structural components included a new composite steel and concrete mezzanine floor system, retrofit and utilization of existing CMU masonry walls for load bearing, and new steel beam framing to support existing roof on the building. Stability was heavily involved with the contractor onsite during construction to provide oversight during the course of the construction.
