Hiawassee Park

Stability Engineering provided design and engineering for a senior living community overlooking Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee, Georgia. This project includes twenty five new one- and two-bedroom single-family cottages built along the hillside.  A new two-story Activities building features a spacious gathering room with floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams, and wood ceilings.  A large exterior deck offers great views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Lake Chatuge below.
