Ardyn Townhomes

Stability provided engineering for three buildings with a total of ten townhome units. Each building is three levels with a roof terrace and a roof pop up. Structural features include open web truss wood framed floor and roof, double cantilever corner balcony with steel beams, and steel moment frame at garage. This project won an AIA Atlanta Residential Design award for the Multifamily Under 50 Units category.
