Stability Engineering provided structural review and repair details for precast concrete façade features that were improperly supported and placed during original construction. The project challenges included studying original architectural, structural, and vendor drawings and comparing to as-built field conditions uncovered by the contractor. Creative solutions were required to support the precast elements during the stone veneer removal process.
