1989 College Avenue

Stability converted the former Kirkwood Ironworks building along the College Avenue railway corridor into a modern office space for a tech company. Extensive structural repairs were required, including new lateral bracing, to salvage the historical steel roof truss system. New rear addition was added to the original building for additional space.
