Stability Engineering provided design Construction Documents and Construction Administration to oversee the renovation of a former K-Mart shopping center building in Forest Park into an industrial warehouse and service center for Southern Tire Mart. Structural features included a complete re-build of the front wall to accommodate a revised service center bay and office/waiting room layout with parapet extension, as well as foundation design for a new pre-engineered metal building open-sided structure for big rig service center.
