Stability Engineering provided design, construction drawings, and construction administration assistance for the two-story, 2300 sf pool-house pavilion and pool deck site and hardscape features. The open-air, two-story pavilion is built with masonry exterior walls with a steel- and wood-framed mezzanine overlooking the pool.
