Conversion of existing cultured-marble factory, consisting of masonry walls and bowstring roof trusses, to loft units featuring unit mezzanines. New steel was used to re-route the load path of the original roof trusses to allow for extra room and the loads for a new mezzanine and full-length community roof deck.
