The Carrolton Greenbelt is an 18-mile trail system creating a loop around the City of Carrollton connecting the University of West Georgia, city parks, commercial areas, and surrounding neighborhoods. Stability Engineering provided structural design for all of the many bridges, boardwalks, retaining walls, a railroad underpass, and a culvert under a roadway. Each trail segment provided unique design challenges. Stability Engineering worked alongside a brilliant design team to come up with attractive and cost-efficient solutions to turn ideas into reality. The fast-paced construction schedule was equally rewarding to see our work come to life quickly and become open to the public far faster than similar trail systems.
