Stability Engineering provided design and CAD services to produce construction documents for this modern house. Design challenges included frameless corners at exterior walls, a sleeper first floor system for mechanical equipment run above the slab on grade, an 8 ft swimming pool directly adjacent to the foundation wall of the house, sloped roof deck framing over finished space, and an over 10 ft roof cantilever. Concrete foundations, helical piers, open web trusses, i-joists, and steel framing were all used to complete this modern design.
