Atlanta Plus Urgent Care

Stability provided structural design and details for this renovation of retail space into an urgent care medical office in Norcross. The project included removal and replacement of the roof and extension of a wall to accommodate higher interior clearance, along with a front extension. The foundation was left largely intact. Project features include sistered and extended exterior load bearing wall studs, a parapet, wood roof trusses, a new anchored brick ledge, and canopies.
