Stability Engineering provided design and construction oversight for the adaptive re-use of a former warehouse building into production studio space totaling approximately 20,000 square feet.  Structural features include new single-story addition attached to existing building with loading dock, removal of an existing two-story office area at the front of the building for large clerestory entry and immersive digital display space, exterior ramps & entry stairways, new storefront and access openings within existing masonry walls, repairs of deteriorated steel framing members, and interior build-out framing.
