Lanier Christian Academy is a new 3-story school building featuring masonry bearing walls, hollowcore floor slabs, and a steel-framed roof. Structural design included full-height reinforced masonry walls for the gymnasium, supporting long-span steel roof girders and hanging basketball goals. Assembly-loaded hollowcore floor panels were used to accommodate high-occupancy school functions, and large stair towers were integrated into the layout. Throughout the project, we coordinated closely with MEP to incorporate duct chases and wall openings without compromising structural integrity.
