Stability Engineering is proud to have served as the structural engineering consultant for the Halidom Eatery food hall buildout within the IST Headquarters building complex.  Given our involvement and knowledge of the base building shell structure, Stability was able to provide a great amount of insight and service to guide the design of the food hall buildout project to work within and in harmony with the base building shell structure. 

Structural features included perimeter glazing and operable partition support; custom hanging bar racking supports and stiffening for overhead shelving and architectural ceiling elements; infill slab on grade within the base building ribbon slab; and accommodation of MEP support and ductwork chases.
