Stability Engineering provided design services for these four-story custom townhomes, working with the architect, developer, and contractor simultaneously to design unique and custom solutions for lateral support. This building is over 45 ft tall and supports over 35 ft of brick veneer across 16 ft garage openings, and features exterior mechanical platforms at upper levels, interior elevators for each unit, cantilevered floor systems, steel cantilever balconies, and 4th floor exterior terraces with fireplaces.
