Capitola Mill

Stability Engineering provided consultation, structural design, and construction administration for the rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of a 100 year old manufacturing warehouse in Marshall, North Carolina.  The 3-story timber- and masonry-framed building was in poor condition with extensive water damage, and Stability worked alongside the contractor and developer to determine a plan for shoring the building and replacing the rotten large timber beams and columns in order to reinforce the framing and allow for occupiable use.
