Stability Engineering provided consultation and repair construction documents for the shell rehabilitation of the 6000sf, two-story wood-framed commercial building and the restaurant tenant buildout, including new 900sf, steel-framed rooftop patio & bar. Rehabilitation of the dilapidated wood structure required extensive investigation and replacement/reinforcement of the framed wood structure and brick veneer, which had been damaged by moisture and termites.
