Stability Engineering provided design and construction oversight for the adaptive re-use of a former warehouse building into shared workspace studios totaling approximately 35,000 sf.  Structural features include extensive new wall openings with custom steel plate awnings, open-air recessed porches and entries, exterior ramps and entry stairways, re-cast floor slabs on grade, repairs of deteriorated steel framing members, and interior build-out framing.
